SHIPPING AND PACKAGING 

Please note that to ensure the freshness of our perishable goods and guarantee they are not delayed during the weekend, we only ship via UPS Monday through Wednesday. Due to high demand, please allow one to two weeks to receive your order from the time it is placed.  Orders placed by Sunday 3pm will go out with that week's pick ups, orders placed after Sunday at 3pm may go out the next week. 

Standard packaging includes 2 ice packs and is NOT guaranteed to arrive chilled (refunds will not be issued), please refrigerate your order upon arrival. 

To guarantee your order arrives chilled please select the INSULATED SHIPPING UPGRADE in our online store and a 1-2 day transit for your shipping option.

UPS Ground will arrive in 1-2 days for orders delivered in California, Oregon and Nevada.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

To pick up your order from our farmstead or one of our local markets or events select the pick up option on the check out page. Pick up orders placed online are available once you've received a fulfillment confirmation by email. 

To pick up an order please show your order confirmation page to the aging room attendant who will then prepare your order and note that it was picked up.

Our farmstead is open daily for pick ups and walk in sales 9am to 5pm.
