Our St. Jorge cheese, handmade and aged for a minimum of 16 months for an incredibly indulgent treat. The Patrão's sharpness and caramel notes will bring any dish it is crumbled or grated over to another level. Limited availability. 

A minimum order for Wholesale includes at least two wheels of any age St. Jorge cheese priced at a reduced wholesale rate of $7 per pound.
